Due to express transport, shipping to the Canary Islands is very expensive per kg, so each shipment to the area carries a Fixed cost of €7.95 , which will not change even if the weight is very high. The order may entail an extra cost for Customs that in no case will Efficient Group take responsibility
Europe
Shipping time 72-96h business days since the order is shipped from our warehouse. The shipping cost will be automatically updated in the cart after entering the postal code and address.
Shipments outside of Spain may be subject to customs charges upon arrival of the shipment at the destination. These expenses do not go to Efficient Group nor are they our responsibility, so we can't take care of them nor to know exactly the amount to pay when receiving the order. We recommend that you check with your branch before placing the order, indicating the amount in euros of the order you wish to place so that they can inform you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are 24/48 business from the time it was shipped from the warehouse.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified by email, being from that moment when the delivery period begins to calculate. Likewise, the courier company will send you an SMS indicating the tracking number of your order.
IMPORTANT : Correctly indicate your delivery address at the time of placing the order, since any change of address or cancellation once the order goes to the 'preparation' status, it may cause delays in shipping.
Delivery times for all shipping methods (regardless of destination) are orientative , that is, they can only be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (holidays, incorrect addresses...).
Please keep in mind that in promotional periods both the preparation and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
ATTENTION : It is not possible to select a specific delivery time, since it is conditioned to the route established by the transport company for the courier.
The order will attempt to be delivered twice; In case of incorrect address indication, absence or lack of telephone attention by the client, the order will be returned to the warehouse, which may entail extra costs for the client.
Please, make sure that both the address and the telephone number provided are correct, since the orders They will be returned to our warehouse within a period between 7 and 14 calendar days. In case of being returned to the warehouse, either due to an error in the address or absence and a second shipment is required, the client will be responsible for the cost of the shipment that could be incurred.
