Modify or cancel my order?

1. Modifications and Cancellations: Once you have completed your order, it will be registered and processed in our system. From that moment, it will not be possible to make modifications or cancellations directly. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer you the opportunity to manage changes or cancellations, as long as the product has not been processed in our warehouse.
2. To request a modification or cancellation , we recommend you contact our customer service department as soon as possible here. Our team will take care of verifying the status of the order and, if possible, will attend to your request.
3. Completed Order: Once the order has been processed and completed in our warehouse, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the selected products.

In our sustainability support policy, the packages sent do not include the printed invoice. However, we provide you with the option of obtaining it easily. To access the invoice for any of your orders in PDF format, simply go to your customer account and access your order area. From there, you can download the invoice whenever you want.
It is essential that, when placing your order, you provide the billing information correctly, since once the invoice has been issued, it is not possible to make changes. To guarantee that the CIF-NIE appeared on your invoice, make sure to register or adjust your profile settings from "Individual" to "Company".
